Are we open?
Yes, we are open and from the 15th June are able to see some patients face-to-face, if it’s deemed appropriate. All initial consultations will be by video link and then the patient and clinician will decide what the best management plan is. Below is some information about virtual (video link) consultations. Click here to find out about how we’ve prepared for face-to-face appointments.
We are running both initial consultation (45 minutes) for new patients and for diagnosis, as well as follow up appointments (30 minutes) for review and planning with our current patients, all from the comfort of your own home! Click here for feedback from patients on virtual consultations.
We have been contacted by all the major medical insurance companies to say that they are happy for the sessions to be conducted in this way, but do check with your policy provider if you’re not sure.
Appointments can be booked online or over the phone and our team will consult from the main clinic to history-take, assess, diagnose and instigate a management plan.
For patients who are having a video-link consultation we recommend that you download the Zoom app prior to your appointment. Please click on the relevant link below to download the free app.
Regardless of what the need is, we will endeavour to fulfil our aim to ease pain, promote health, educate and empower our patients and clients in this difficult time. We understand that your pain or health concern doesn’t just disappear because there’s a pandemic!
