Video-link Consultations

We are running both initial consultation (45 minutes) for new patients and for diagnosis, as well as follow up appointments (30 minutes) for review and planning with our current patients, all from the comfort of your own home! Click here for feedback from patients on virtual consultations.

We have been contacted by all the major medical insurance companies to say that they are happy for the sessions to be conducted in this way, but do check with your policy provider if you’re not sure.

Appointments can be booked online or over the phone and our team will consult from the main clinic to history-take, assess, diagnose and instigate a management plan.

For patients who are having a video-link consultation you will receive an email 2 days before your appointment with the link to join the consultation be video from you phone, laptop or tablet.

Regardless of what the need is, we will endeavour to fulfil our aim to ease pain, promote health, educate and empower our patients and clients in this difficult time. We understand that your pain or health concern doesn’t just disappear because there’s a pandemic!
