18:30pm – 19:00pm: Social 30-minute run/walk-run around Milton with coach support throughout
19:00pm – 19:30pm: Interactive workshop back at Flex Health Hub
Learn how to structure your own 5k/10k training plan
Understand what sessions to include, when to use them and why they matter
Session delivered by Running Physio Mel & Running Coach/PT Ian
