The Discovery appointment is a great chance to get to know each other and see if you would work well together. You may want assistance with weight loss, energy levels, general health or athletic performance. Pricing and frequency of appointments can be discussed with Kerry at the first appointment and tailored to your individual goals.

She has very strong diagnostic, analytical and monitoring skills in body composition, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, habits and mental health. Meet Your Nutrition Expert – Dr Kerry Swanton
Dr Kerry Swanton is a leading nutritionist and public health specialist with over 25 years of experience in mental health, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health (FRSPH) and registered BDA/SENr nutritionist, she helps individuals improve nutrition, movement, sleep, and wellbeing using evidence-based methods.
Founder of Change Coach and a practitioner at the Oxford Hormone Clinic, Kerry specialises in weight management, performance nutrition, and menopause support. She played a key role in developing the UK 5 A Day programme and the nutritional traffic light system, shaping national health policies.
An accomplished adventurer, she has rowed across the Atlantic, swum the English Channel, and cycled from London to Paris in under 24 hours.
