What is the minimum term of a subscription?

The WellnessPro minimum subscription period is 6 months.

Am I able to cancel my subscription or at any point?

Certainly, you have the option to cancel at any time. However, if you choose to cancel before the completion of 6 months, you will still be charged for the full duration of 6 months.

Where can I schedule my sessions?

You can find the sessions available for booking on our website’s Bookings page. For Wellness Pro members, simply navigate to the dropdown menu specifically designed for your membership tier, where you’ll find all the relevant services listed.

Would this subscription add value for me, considering I already have massage and physio appointments?

Individually, these services would incur higher monthly costs. However, with the WellnessPro Membership Package, you gain affordable access to these essential services, saving money in the long term while prioritising your health.

How can I renew my subscription?

Your subscription will automatically renew through a rolling direct debit. However, you have the option to cancel at any time after the initial 6-month period.
